It has been twenty years since the Chaos Gate was opened. Twenty years since a mysterious woman with unfathomable power summoned a demonic army and named herself Queen. Twenty years since the people gave up and surrendered to her will.

Browen, a nobleman’s son with a heart of gold, is well read and trained in the art of swordplay but naive to the world’s troubles. Ralis, a half demon with a magical singing voice, has lived a life of isolation and fear, using his charms to avoid trouble. And Ezra, the daughter of Queen Zarrennia, has been tasked with infiltrating those who would see her mother’s downfall and destroy them from within. 

 

These were not the heroes Miri was expecting to find, but they’re the only hope for her people.
