Nothing has gone the way Miri expected. Only narrowly surviving the encounter with a dragon, morale is low and new tensions have formed between the heroes. Secrets are thick on the return to the mainland and their enemies are lying in wait. Miri is pushed to the edge of breaking and the heroes find themselves relying on someone they only barely trust. Conflict threatens to tear them apart from within and it takes everything Miri has to keep them going forward.
